At Platinum Educational Group, we strive to provide our users with all the resources they need to best utilize our software. Users can find quick answers to questions through our Knowledgebase. Our videos explain how to use our site and are listed in the Help Videos tabs located in user Homes. The videos show our recent updates and are located in our New Feature section of the dashboard.
If you would like to request an update be made to one of our platforms, you can do so by submitting a Future Feature Request. In fact, most of our updates come from customer suggestions!

With the fall semester in full swing, we know enrollment issues, mistakes, and decision changes happen. Being able to transfer students into their course is easier now. Using the form at the URL below, simply fill out all relevant information, and submit.
This will send a ticket immediately to our support team to begin the transfers. Once a transfer is complete, we will notify the requesting admin that the transfer process is done.
If we need additional information after the original form is submitted, we will contact the Administrator directly. Only the school Administrator or instructors can submit transfer requests. All transfers still must adhere to our transfer policy. Transfer requests can only be for full access courses to full access courses (ie no transfers from an assessment only ($5) to a full course).
